Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

These terms govern use of the software, statements portal, and related services (the “Services”) operated by LlamaStay LLC (“LlamaStay”), a Texas limited liability company, in connection with its short-term rental property management business.

Scope of the Services

The Services are provided to LlamaStay’s property-owner clients, staff, and contractors for managing reservations, owner statements, invoicing, and related bookkeeping. They are internal business tools, not a consumer product offered to the general public.

License

LlamaStay grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for their intended business purpose. Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Services.

Accounts and data

Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential. Information handled by the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Owner financial data is prepared with care; owners should review statements and report discrepancies within 30 days.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LlamaStay’s total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the management fees paid to LlamaStay for the month in which the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

LlamaStay may suspend or revoke access to the Services at any time. Provisions concerning data, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
